Yesterday – We were back on track and won Txuri with 6-1…. (0-0,3-1,3-0)…
However Txuri came with just 12 Skaters, due to injuries, and that some young players went to the National Team – The game as such could have gone either way in the second period and we were happy that we won with 3-1, after three great shoot in “krysset” or top corner… From a coach point of view it was too many “flipper play” in the mid zon and today we were lucky with that…
The 3-1 goal from Ludvig Bladh ( who had a great day with 2 goals and 2 assist – and got the Hat from the Team, as our best player of the game) scored just before the end of second – was very important. In the third the 4-1 from Edwin Lindström, and 5-1 from Lukas Ribbestad killed the game off… I was a little bit worried that the game could went to be rough in the third – But I think our Legends helped us to clean it off… and they also did a really good game and became an important brick in the winning concept today – I think they helped a lot to cool down the Txuri Players – and the game ended in style…. I think the TV Audience might was a little bit disappointed that the game died early in third – but as a Coach as was really happy that we could clinch it early…. However I assure you that when we meet Txuri in San Sebastian 18 December it will be a different Game – It is actually 1-1 in the Series now…
Now we are looking forward to the next weekend first Huarte from Pamplona on Saturday 20 Nov 15.15 in Nevera Majadahonda and then a new “El Classico” on Sunday against FC Barcelona 21 Nov, coming back on more details later…in the wek on that game…
