The Ice Hockey Part of the Latino Camp has now ended with some really good results. The Colombian Teams won most of the games against Swedish J18 and J20 Team, when the was supported with the Swedish Latinos. In 4 games against J18 and J20 Teams from Göta Traneberg and Värmdö – Colombian Teams won 3 out for and draw in the last one.

In the games players from Nordic Vikings latinos like Colombians Goalie Zack Frost and Lukas Björklund, Arkaitx Edgren Corral, Dorian Donath Sanches, both Spain and Carl Wassenius with Italian Roots, was of course important, but also other Vikings like Henrik Selin, Oscar Bergman, Robert Alvarez, Morgan Chavez, Christian Iderstam and Roberto Nobel was involved around the leading Colombians like Burgoz, Espinosa, Samuel Rodriguez and Santi and Oscar Gonzalez. But also the players from Colombia that the least Ice experience – had a fantastic contribution on the result in these games…

The famous Swedish Skills coach, Tomas Storm asked Per-Erik, how is it possible ? and Per-Erik answered ” In many ways the Colombian players has a good sense for the play and with the skills from Inline Hockey, the have already learned two of the most import basics – the protection of the puck and the importance to not give it away to easy – as it cost a lot to take it back in Inline Hockey – and then we have had a very interested group to work with I and Micke Kempe”
