Majadahonda won first Liga Hockey Hielo final against Jaca after overtime 5-4 winner by John Wedin, next game today 15.00 in Jaca
John Wedin started the game with 1-0 before Jaca scored four straight goal to 1-4. Then the Majadahonda team started the turnaround to 4-4 all in second with no goals in third. In the overtime John put the defender on the wrong leg and put the winner in the “old mans corner” for the sensational winner. As said before Majadahonda has won the La Liga Hielo just once, with Kent Nilsson, Orvar Stambert and Bruno Ohlzon in the 90ties. Jaca is the most Champions in Spain and has been dominant in the regular season. I said before the series that if Majadahonda could get one victory the favourites Jaca could be in a new situation against Majadahonda and by the sensational turnaround and winning the first game in Jaca, I think we have come to an exciting point in this series….
